What is Shabbat

Shabbat is the weekly 25-hour rest, from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. It is not just "rest" — it is a creative pause that reconnects with purpose, with community and with natural cycles.

In Shomer Adamah, Shabbat is the 7th pillar — the only one that involves ALL departments. Everyone stops, everyone rests, everyone celebrates. It is the ultimate expression of radical equality.
